Dear Readers & Contributors,
The Monsoon in India might be mixed and confusing this year but this issue is offering clarity in the thought and design of the creative and academic research presented here.
The ‘Creative Writing in English’ section has two short stories that feature a ‘road’. The two young writers work with roads either literally or figuratively. And we readers are drawn into the well written narratives, one Sci-fi and the other a Slice of life. Prof Mohanraj writes a piece reviewing Innes’ Composting with Care reminding us all to diversify our reading lists. Mr Atram nudges us to reassert oneself through his thought-provoking poem. ‘English Literature’ section has a wide exploration of different academic perspectives. Included in the list are from Piku and Black Mirror to ‘Kabir Das’ and ‘Bhima Bhoi’. ‘English Language Teaching’ is dominated by Artificial Intelligence.
